"On a Sunday afternoon, we had a delightful lunch at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food arrived promptly and was served at the perfect temperature. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience."

"I really enjoyed the place. I took a ride around that area on a Sunday morning. The whole place was so much quieter after the festival. I end up getting a coffee a sandwich and the SWEET tea! Everything was perfect! It was a nice day so it was very nice to eat the food outside enjoying the old trees and the street view. The lady at front desk (the owner if my memory serves me right) was very friendly and she told me a little bit about the town and a bit of history. Looking forward for my next ride there!"

"What an amazing little hidden gem. Cuban coffee is amazing, key lime pie is handmade and heavenly. I've had their sandwiches, rice and beans and three types of pie and they have all been amazing. The outdoor patio seating is so calm and comfortable it's truly a treat to relax and watch the clouds and nature all around."

- Nathan W.

"Best. Cuban. Ever. It was hot, the cheese and meat portions were generous, and had all the flavors (pickles, mustard) that make the Cuban so good. Also tried the cherry pie which seemed to be made from scratch (not fake, canned filling) and that was also very good. This place is so charming with plenty of retro/antique elements to look at, and there is plenty of seating outside on their beautiful deck overlooking the beautiful downtown, historic Micanopy."

- Lindsay M.

"The setting is truly lovely, and I especially admire the tall trees. The atmosphere evokes the charm of old Florida with a delightful Cuban influence. The Cuban sandwiches were exceptionally good. We sampled one called Bootsy, which I understand was named after a family member who inspired the recipe. It offers a unique twist on the classic Cuban, and the result is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying it. I also enjoyed the coleslaw with my sandwich, and it was wonderfully creamy. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the antique items on display inside perfectly captured the essence of old Florida. There were charming decorations outside, and tables were available both indoors and outdoors. We opted to sit inside, as it was a warm day. They had restrooms inside, and it seemed to be a pet-friendly establishment. If you happen to be in downtown Micanopy, I would certainly suggest this place for a pleasant lunch."

"The town of Mikanopy is full of antic stores. Nice little town, however not enough places to choose from when looking for something to eat. I guess that's the charm of a small town!"
